We have developed this privacy policy to ensure that donor information will not be shared with any third party, and to inform you of the way your information is used.

​Women Of Many Hats collects and maintains the following types of information:

• Contact information: name, complete address, phone number, email address, organization/church.

• Payment information for recurring gifts: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information

• Shipping information: name, organization/church, complete address

• Information you wish to share questions, comments, suggestions.

• Results from Survey (Survey is based on Volunteers, WOMH Program Participants, and affiliated Church/ Agency)

 

Use of Information

Women Of Many Hats Organization uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a donation transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on ministry happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained for other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we take seriously each recommendation as to how we might improve communication.

How We Disclose Your Information:

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to data. These measures include internal and external reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, including physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
