All sales are final.  We accept returns for store credit or exchange, if there is a situation where your product was received incorrectly (damaged, wrong items, etc.).

 Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at womenofmanyhats@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit in the full purchase price of your item. After 30 days you are no longer able to be accommodated for returns.

There are certain situations where only partial credit are granted: (if applicable)

-Accessory, Deco or Clothing products that have been opened or tampered with.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
